It joins <a rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stjohns.ca\/en\/news\/council-approves-housing-text-amendment.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">St. John<\/a>, <a rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cbc.ca\/news\/canada\/new-brunswick\/fredericton-four-unit-zoning-housing-1.7510392\" target=\"_blank\">Fredericton<\/a>, <a rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cbc.ca\/news\/canada\/nova-scotia\/halifax-zoning-changes-accelerator-fund-thousands-housing-units-1.7213154\" target=\"_blank\">Halifax<\/a>, S<a rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cbc.ca\/news\/canada\/newfoundland-labrador\/housing-changes-st-johns-1.7188060\" target=\"_blank\">t.
