A \u2018Learning Lab\u2019, caf\u00e9s, creche and 220 affordable flats for key workers are also included.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"502\" data-end=\"739\"><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2025-05-02-at-07.57.43.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-497404\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2025-05-02-at-07.57.43.png\" alt=\"-\" width=\"1882\" height=\"1178\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"741\" data-end=\"971\">Buildings will be set around landscaped public space with new pedestrian and cycle routes.
