The east tower at Forma is taking shape in Downtown Toronto. In this southeast facing drone shot by UrbanToronto Forum contributor hawc<\/a>, The future 73-storey skyscraper \u2014 the first of a pair coming to either side of the King and Duncan streets intersection just across from David Pecaut Square, Metro Centre, and Roy Thomson Hall \u2014 has just reached its 7th storey, the first of its tower floors above the 6-storey podium. OCAD University gets floors 2, 3, and 4, while residential amenities will take the 5th and 6th floors. Look closely and you’ll see that forming for the 6th floor partially steps back from the larger podium floors below, allowing for an outdoor terrace.
