The tower’s curvilinear design is expressed through cantilevered balcony slabs with sweeping, rounded edges that ripple up the facade of the west elevation. Cladding and glazing installation have progressed up to the 24th floor. Completed balcony guardrails reach as high as the 12th on the balcony slabs projecting on the south and west elevations. On the podium, vertical white fins frame the lower floors, while glazing and cladding are in place around the amenity levels. A construction hoist remains affixed to the south elevation, next to the Alba banner.

<imgx class="image-display_default" src="https://cdn.skyrisecities.com/sites/default/files/images/articles/2025/05/58665/58665-184238.jpg" data-entity-uuid="insert-display_default-106d0337-9d63-4f09-8fb3-0827df5ed3c2" data-entity-type="file" alt="Alba, Mississauga, designed by Core Architects for Edenshaw Developments" title="Looking northeast to construction at the mechanical penthouse level, image by UrbanToronto Forum contributor drum118" onclick="photo('https://cdn.skyrisecities.com/sites/default/files/images/articles/2025/05/58665/58665-184238.jpg', true, 'Looking northeast to construction at the mechanical penthouse level, image by UrbanToronto Forum contributor drum118'); return false;">Looking northeast to construction at the mechanical penthouse level, image by UrbanToronto Forum contributor drum118

This detailed view of Alba’s east elevation highlights the sculptural quality of its curving balcony slabs, where cantilevered forms taper and bulge.
