Designed by\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/graziani-corazza-architects.7998\" target=\"_blank\">Graziani + Corazza Architects<\/a>, the high-rise has seen quite a bit of progress since UrbanToronto\u2019s\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/news\/2024\/10\/ys-condos-continues-its-rise-midtown-cladding-first-glazing.57059\" target=\"_blank\">last update<\/a> in October, 2024, with cladding and glazing now extending across most of the tower. The podium is fully enclosed with frameless curtain wall glazing below the seventh-floor step-back. Closer to Yonge Street, the facade shifts to a composition of black precast cladding panels with punched windows. At the top, a black roofing membrane has been applied over the concrete slab, matching the tone of the tower facade, while to the west, crews are active around staged materials atop the mechanical penthouse.
