TikTok is one of the easiest ways to get a message across to a lot of people.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span>Fenton\u2019s posts talk about her growing up in the trades and her experiences throughout her career, and tries to offer an emotional connection, such as when she worked on the jobsite while pregnant.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span>\u201cIf you can make yourself relatable, you will attract people,\u201d she said. \u201cA lot of people don\u2019t really know these are careers that you can do without being $100,000 in debt.
