The Holme Meadows scheme, located within Wokingham Borough Council\u2019s South Wokingham Strategic Development Location, will deliver a mix of 65% private sale and 35% affordable homes on a fully serviced parcel of land.<\/p>\n
A reserved matters application for the site is currently being considered, with a planning decision expected shortly. If approved, construction will begin later this year.<\/p>\n
The JV has also lined up a further 298 plots for future delivery as part of the wider masterplan, which includes infrastructure, schools, public open space, and community amenities.<\/p>\n
This marks the third time Vistry and Kier Property have joined forces on a major mixed-tenure housing scheme, building on their growing partnership.<\/p>\n
