Above the brick-faced precast panelling on the base levels, the 25-storey south tower is clad up to the 24th floor in Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS) panels, gradually lightening as it rises from steel grey to white. The mechanical penthouse is clad in white, with the crane still overhead and the construction hoist still attached to the south elevation.
