Mattamy Homes<\/a> recently welcomed the public to a summer Block Party at its growing ClockWork at Upper Joshua Creek<\/a> community in Oakville, offering a closer look at the newest phases of its masterplanned development. Located at Dundas Street East and William Cutmore Boulevard, ClockWork continues to evolve into a mid-rise enclave offering urban convenience with natural surroundings. The event spotlighted completed and upcoming buildings while inviting visitors to tour finished suites, explore amenities, and learn more about buying pre-construction.<\/p>\n Held on July 19th, the ClockWork Block Party drew locals and prospective buyers to the corner of Dundas and William Cutmore for an afternoon of suite tours, family-friendly activities, and expert advice. Visitors explored move-in-ready residences at ClockWork 2, spoke with RBC mortgage specialists about financing options, and rounding out the event were a snack station, kids\u2019 games, and limited-time incentives, such as starting prices under $466,000 and a referral bonus program offering $2,500 for both new and referring buyers.<\/p>\n Now complete, ClockWork 2<\/a> anchors the southeast corner of the site with a 12-storey mid-rise containing 154 residential suites. Designed by BNKC<\/a>, ClockWork 2 features dark-toned cladding, large expanses of glazing, and colour-accented balcony panels. Interiors feature spacious floorplans with tall ceilings, quartz surfaces, modern appliances, and built-in smart systems. Residents also have access to fitness and yoga studios, co-working lounges, and pet-friendly amenities.<\/p>\n North of the completed buildings, ClockWork 3<\/a> is rising as a 7-storey addition to the community, bringing 163 new suites to market with occupancy expected in mid-2026. Designed by KNYMH Architects<\/a> and continuing the design direction established by earlier phases, the building features a darker exterior palette with contrasting white, grey, and wood-toned elements that tie into the surrounding natural landscape. Amenities include a rooftop terrace with BBQs, a social lounge, and a co-working-ready lobby outfitted with seating and workstations for residents working from home.<\/p>\n Upcoming as the next phase of the masterplan, ClockWork 4<\/a> would introduce a 12-storey building with 178 suites, with occupancy targeted for early 2028. Like its predecessor, it is designed by KNYMH Architects<\/a>, and would carry forward the community\u2019s earth tones aesthetic via warm wood accents around neutral backgrounds. Residents here will also enjoy co-working areas and outdoor social spaces.<\/p>\n Recent photography shows ClockWork 2 now fully constructed with occupancy underway, while work progresses to the right on Clockwork 3 where cranes stand tall. At grade, the public realm surrounding ClockWork 2 is taking shape, with completed paving, landscaped planting beds, and seating. The building\u2019s double-height lobby can be made out, with lights shining through its full-height glazing and from behind vertical wood slats.<\/p>\n As construction advances and new phases come online, ClockWork continues to grow into a connected mid-rise enclave.
