In a step aimed at strengthening support for dealers and customers in the Upper Midwest, Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, KIOTI Tractor, a division of Daedong-USA Inc., has opened a 146,327-square-foot facility in Tumwater, Wash. The company\u2019s first location in the region, KIOTI says the move builds on its recent expansion and growth of its warehouse in Milton, Ont., as it looks to expand its North American footprint.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs we continue to expand our presence in North America, strengthening our distribution channels remains a key strategic priority,\u201d stated Ryan Kim, the company\u2019s deputy CEO. \u201cAfter evaluating our infrastructure, we made significant investments to enhance logistics and increase our overall capacity. The Tumwater warehouse now serves as a dedicated hub to support our western dealers and customers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Designed to improve logistics and inventory management, the Tumwater facility has 26 dock doors and a 36-foot high-clearance interior space, significantly increasing KIOTI\u2019s equipment and parts storage capacity in a strategic location that the company says will streamline distribution and provide faster fulfillment.<\/p>\n

\u201cBy positioning the facility in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, we are providing our dealers with quicker access to the products and parts their customers need,\u201d said Bryan Falkner, director of product support and U.S. operations at KIOTI Tractor. \u201cIt\u2019s a critical building block in our long-term strategy to streamline and improve our service and support across North America.\u201d<\/p>\n
