Spanning Scarborough, Midtown, the West End, and North York, with two precinct-scale settlements, the approvals include a mix of rental and condominium projects, many with revised heights, densities, or public realm improvements.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a look at what was approved:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Etobicoke<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/464-royal-york-road.55399\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>464 Royal York Road<\/strong><\/a><br \/><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/wycliffe-homes.8733\" target=\"_blank\">Wycliffe Homes<\/a> received settlement approval for a revised 12-storey proposal at 464 Royal York Road just north of Evans Avenue, maintaining the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/news\/2024\/03\/12-storey-rental-proposed-royal-york-near-evans-avenue.55433\" target=\"_blank\">previously proposed<\/a> 41.34m height, with no changes to massing. With a design by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/vincent-j-santamaura-architect-inc.45989\" target=\"_blank\">Vincent J.
