Designed by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/giannone-petricone-associates.7995\" target=\"_blank\">Giannone Petricone Associates<\/a>, with <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/rafael-bigauskas-architects.8044\" target=\"_blank\">Rafael + Bigauskas Architects<\/a> as Architect of Record, the 39-storey condominium stands at the northeast corner of Front Street East and Sherbourne Street. The panels feature vertical seams that echo the tower\u2019s red aluminum fins below. Construction crews work on the roof and on two scissor lifts at the northwest corner, where sections of blue waterproofing remain exposed.
