Designed by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/architectsalliance.7955\" target=\"_blank\">architects\u2014Alliance<\/a> for <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/graywood-developments.7727\" target=\"_blank\">Graywood Developments<\/a>, Goode Condos at 33 Parliament Street rises to 33 storeys, while No. 31 Condos (for its address at 31 Parliament Street) is heading to 46 storeys. To the right, the construction hoist rises on the tower&#8217;s east elevation. The tower and podium are clad in a mix of hand-laid brick, black spandrel panels, and window wall. Glazing is mostly complete, while sections of blue weatherproofing and insulation remain exposed on the south elevation of the penthouse. Glass balcony guards are in place up to the 30th floor.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">To the right, No. 31 Condos rises to 17 storeys, with formwork underway for the 18th-floor slab. The panels are set over a layer of exterior insulation board across the top of the podium&#8217;s ground level. The tower\u2019s white-painted balcony ceilings contrast the darker window wall and spandrel cladding. To the right, No. 31 Condos\u2019 north elevation also features brick-pattern precast cladding, with several bays open for glazing installation. The tower\u2019s exterior is largely complete.
