That version was adopted in 2023, though the latest submission marks a significant departure, more than doubling the previously endorsed scale. The tower\u2019s floor-plate of roughly 740m\u00b2 would be stepped back from the north and west edges. Inside, there would be 351 residential units. All residential stalls and 25% of visitor spaces would be EV-ready. Looking ahead, Metrolinx is studying extensions of Line 4, which could introduce new stations to the east or west or both. TTC buses ply Sheppard Avenue, while Oriole GO station on the Richmond Hill Line is just over a kilometre to the east. To the north, a 22-storey tower at <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/680-sheppard-east.39928\" target=\"_blank\">680 Sheppard East<\/a> is planned. South of the site, applications call for 23 storeys at <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/26-greenbriar.46991\" target=\"_blank\">26 Greenbriar<\/a>, 25 storeys at <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/23-greenbriar.47293\" target=\"_blank\">23 Greenbriar<\/a>, and 36 storeys at <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/71-talara-drive.44252\" target=\"_blank\">71 Talara Drive<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To the east, toward Bessarion station, the 12-storey <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/six99.38313\" target=\"_blank\">Six99<\/a> is underway alongside <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/kings-landing-concord-park-place.34352\" target=\"_blank\">King\u2019s Landing at Concord Park Place<\/a>, with three towers of 19 to 31 storeys. Also to the east is the proposal for <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/burbank-heights.49945\" target=\"_blank\">Burbank Heights<\/a> at 28 and 32 storeys, while further Concord Park Place phases include <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/concord-park-place-block-7.40760\" target=\"_blank\">Block 7<\/a> at 24 and 29 storeys and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/concord-park-place-block-9.55644\" target=\"_blank\">Block 9<\/a> at 39 and 44 storeys. To the west, toward Bayview station, the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/bayview-village-north-block.58124\" target=\"_blank\">Bayview Village North Block<\/a> is under construction with towers ranging from 8 to 21 storeys, while the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/bayview-village-south-block.28121\" target=\"_blank\">South Block<\/a> plans for 30 and 31 storeys, and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/567-sheppard-avenue-east.55757\" target=\"_blank\">567 Sheppard Avenue West East<\/a> calls for 46 and 56 storeys.<\/p>\n<p>UrbanToronto will continue to follow progress on this development, but in the meantime, you can learn more about it from our Database file, linked below.
