Sisk said the move brought together two strong contracting brands that would unlock fresh opportunities for delivering major infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland.<\/p>\n
Northern Ireland-based Farrans employs 625 staff and delivers projects in aviation, water and renewable energy across the UK and Ireland.<\/p>\n
It will continue to trade under its own brand, with all project operations carrying on as normal.<\/p>\n
The deal remains subject to regulatory approval and the price has not been disclosed.<\/p>\n
