TORONTO <\/span>\u2014 <\/span>Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and North York General (NYG) have issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the New Patient Care Tower redevelopment project, being delivered through IO\u2019s Alliance delivery model.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Teams were prequalified through a Request for Qualification (RFQ) process that began in January 2025. The new tower will include patient care spaces and underground parking connecting to NYG\u2019s existing building to enable flow of patients, staff, and materials, ensuring a high level of integration between new and existing spaces.
