Dorchester Living has submitted an outline planning application for the next phase of the 9,000 home Heyford Park development at the former RAF Upper Heyford airbase in Oxfordshire.<\/p>\n
The homes will be supported by new schools, community facilities, employment space and extensive green infrastructure.<\/p>\n
More than 1,200 homes have already been built at Heyford Park together with Heyford Park School, a supermarket, pharmacy, hotel, barbers, restaurant and a growing commercial cluster.<\/p>\n

Subject to approval, Dorchester Living hopes to gain planning consent in early 2026.<\/p>\n
