The completed 65-storey Prestige Tower marks the first phase, while the 106-storey SkyTower, now under construction and rising past 87 storeys, anchors the centre of the site. The third tower, is now approved to rise to 95 storeys to the north. The change is achieved by adding two residential storeys and adding an amenity floor in previously planned mechanical penthouse space, bringing the tower to 95 floors. These measures respond to market demand for larger suites while staying within the broader permissions of the amended By-law. No changes were made to the overall GFA allocation, tower-area ratios, or other site standards beyond the approved height increase.
