Brightstone<\/a> is poised to bring 101 new homes to Mississauga\u2019s Cooksville neighbourhood with the launch of OG Urban Towns<\/a>, a stacked townhouse community within an established neighbourhood at 2532 Argyle Road near Dundas Street and Confederation Parkway.\u00a0<\/p>\n Designed by Architecture Unfolded<\/a>, the four-block development is one of a few missing middle projects in the GTA to enter the market this Fall, offering an alternative to the condo towers that dominate new home construction in the region. Described as ‘gentle density’ housing, missing middle includes townhomes, duplexes, and low-rise apartments that bridge the gap between single detached houses and high-rise towers. These types of residences have long been in short supply across the GTA.<\/p>\n \u201cOG Urban Towns is the exact kind of home in the right kind of neighbourhood that young families in search of the perfect nest have been looking for, but have had difficulty finding because there simply hasn\u2019t been enough of them built,\u201d said Yoav Bohbot, Vice-President of Brightstone.<\/p>\n The townhomes are organized into four low-rise blocks, each rising 3.5 storeys, for a total of 101 stacked suites. The mix includes 36 one-bedroom, 57 two-bedroom, and 8 three-bedroom layouts ranging from 555 to over 1,500 ft\u00b2. Architecture Unfolded has shaped the buildings with a boutique scale that emphasizes flexibility and livability, supported by landscape design from bsq Landscape Architects<\/a> and interiors by Joyce Decor<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cAs the name suggests, we use bright, open layouts with large windows that fill the interiors with abundant natural light. Brighter home, brighter life,\u201d Bohbot said.<\/p>\n Interiors incorporate SmartHome technology such as video doorbells, digital locks, thermostats, and lighting controls. Homes are finished with a palette of durable, contemporary details, including oak handrails with metal pickets, wide-profile baseboards, and energy-efficient vinyl windows. Kitchens feature quartz countertops, sleek cabinetry, and Moen fixtures, while bathrooms include quartz vanities. Outdoor living is emphasized with patios and terraces, some extending up to 590 ft\u00b2.<\/p>\n The architecture merges traditional townhouse character with modern detailing, while its low-rise massing aims to naturally blend into the surrounding residential context. By combining patios, private entrances, and terraces, the design emphasizes community-oriented living and positions OG Urban Towns as a distinct example of gentle-density housing within Mississauga.<\/p>\n The community is positioned with strong regional connections, located minutes from Highway 403 with quick access to the 401, 404, 410, 427, and the QEW. Transit options include the upcoming Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT<\/a>, just two blocks away, which will link residents north to Bramalea and south to Lake Ontario while connecting to both Cooksville and Port Credit GO stations for service into Union Station. Square One Shopping Centre is only a short drive, while Pearson International Airport can be reached in about 25 minutes.<\/p>\n Downtown Mississauga also continues to grow as both a residential and employment centre, with a concentration of tech and pharmaceutical firms to the north and Trillium Hospital just around the corner from the site. The hospital is undergoing a 600,000 ft\u00b2 expansion that is set to add roughly 2,400 new jobs.\u00a0<\/p>\n Founded in 2016, Brightstone has built its identity around creating thoughtfully designed infill communities that strengthen existing neighbourhoods while meeting everyday needs.
