All development blocks will be serviced by a District Energy plant with all heating and cooling provided by a thermal district energy network.

The city invested $77 million to decommission the former Six-Points Interchange, replacing what was known as “Spaghetti Junction” with a new network of streets, unlocking almost 18 acres of land and creating the seven blocks for redevelopment, the release adds.

The next housing block for development at 970 Kipling Ave. is currently in market to bring on a development partner. First occupancy at 5207 Dundas St. W is expected in Q2 2027.
