UrbanToronto last provided an update in <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/news\/2025\/05\/colour-coming-mississauga-skyline-exchange-district-crowns.58641\" target=\"_blank\">May, 2025<\/a>, when the early stages of glazing installation brought a bright burst of magenta to the Mississauga skyline just south of Square One Shopping Centre. The image captures the dismantling of EX1&#8217;s crane, with a derrick staged on the rooftop to lower mast sections and swing components safely to grade. The crane&#8217;s peak has already been removed, leaving the mast and jib. In front of it, EX3 continues its climb, assisted by a red concrete boom pump to the left of its crane. To the right, EXS stands finished with its prominent \u201cEXCHANGE\u201d signage across the podium. EXS rises to the left with its completed residential floors above, while the construction hoist for EX1 remains active at right. The podium is clad in alternating black spandrel and vision glass panels, with ground-floor glazing installed for future retail units. Streetscape work is advanced, with new pavers in place. The first cantilevered box features black cladding panels already installed across much of this elevation. The yellow glazing that wraps the tower\u2019s mechanical penthouse is now nearly fully installed, framing the angled box above the residential floors.
