The following teams submitted proposals by the deadline:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>DiscoverON Partners:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicant leads:\u202fFengate Capital Management Ltd. and Pomerleau Capital Inc.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Design team:\u202fCumulus Architects Inc. and Daoust Lestage Lizotte Stecker\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Construction team:\u202fPomerleau Inc.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Facilities management:\u202f Honeywell Limited\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Financial adviser:\u202fNational Bank Financial, Inc.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3><strong>EllisDon Infrastructure:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicant lead:\u202fEllisDon Capital Inc.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Design team:\u202fBelvedere Architecture and BDP Quadrangle Architects Limited\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Construction team:\u202fEllisDon Corporation\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Facilities management: EllisDon Facilities Services Inc.<\/li>\n<li>Financial adviser:\u202fEllisDon Capital Inc.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Ontario Science Partners:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicant leads:\u202fJohn Laing Limited, Sacyr Infrastructure Canada Inc. and Amico Major Projects Inc.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Design team:\u202fHariri Inc. &amp; D. Pontarini Inc., Snohetta Architecture, Landscape Architecture P.C.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Construction team:\u202fSacyr Canada Inc, and Amico Design Build Inc.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Facilities management: Johnson Controls Canada L.P.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Financial adviser:\u202fN\/A\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The next steps will include evaluation of proposals, selecting a preferred team and negotiation of a final contract.
