Approvals secured affordable housing, parkland dedications, community benefits, and infrastructure improvements tied to growth in multiple neighbourhoods.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the projects that got the thimbs up:<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/126-bellamy-north.49752\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>126 Bellamy North<\/strong><\/a><br \/>Approval was granted for <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/126-bellamy-north.49752\" target=\"_blank\">126 Bellamy North<\/a> in Scarborough\u2019s South Cedarbrae neighbourhood, an 8-storey (30.5m) infill rental building planned on the underused north side of the property where there is currently open space. The new building will face Grace Street east of Cedar Brae Boulevard. Designed by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/srm-architects-inc.38311\" target=\"_blank\">srm Architects<\/a> for <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/better-living-homes.49751\" target=\"_blank\">Better Living Homes<\/a>, the building would deliver 184 market-rate rental units. Designed by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/hariri-pontarini-architects.8001\" target=\"_blank\">Hariri Pontarini Architects<\/a> for <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/fitzrovia-real-estate-inc.30019\" target=\"_blank\">Fitzrovia<\/a>, the high-rise would introduce 576 rental apartments along with childcare and commercial space.
