If and when built, the settlements represents more than 4,600 new residential units. Council remains opposed to one of the proposals under appeal that was presented to it, while the endorsed settlements include condominium and rental buildings as well as heritage-retention and community space components.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/11-pleasant-boulevard.44237\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>11 Pleasant Boulevard<\/strong><\/a><br \/>Settlement approval was secured for <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/11-pleasant-boulevard.44237\" target=\"_blank\">11 Pleasant Boulevard<\/a>, where <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/resident.46116\" target=\"_blank\">Resident<\/a> is advancing a 19-storey (65.75m) rental building east of Yonge Street in Toronto\u2019s Deer Park neighbourhood. Designed by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/bdp-quadrangle.8043\" target=\"_blank\">BDP Quadrangle<\/a>, the tower has been revised from 87 to 89 market-rate rental units. The revised plan maintains 320 units while increasing the height from 20 to 22 storeys. Designed by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/wallman-architects.8072\" target=\"_blank\">Wallman Architects<\/a>, the plan now calls for towers of 36 and 39 storeys (up from 35 storeys in the second phase) reaching heights of 118.99m and 127.84m. The plan has been revised from 6 to 7 storeys with indoor amenity space on the mechanical penthouse level, and from 17 to 24 units. The revised plan replaces the original three-tower scheme of 43, 46, and 49 storeys with two towers of 53 and 56 storeys, rising to 188.82m and 198.12m, designed by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/turner-fleischer-architects.8071\" target=\"_blank\">Turner Fleischer Architects<\/a>. Designed by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/bdp-quadrangle.8043\" target=\"_blank\">BDP Quadrangle<\/a>, the revised plan reduces the maximum height from 6, 21, and 40 storeys (126m) to 7, 21, and 33 storeys (102.35m), and lowers the total unit count from 820 to 770. The revised plan increases heights from 10 and 12 storeys to 14 and 17 storeys, reaching 49.73m and 59.78m, with the residential count growing from 263 to 370 units. Designed by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/onespace-unlimited.8033\" target=\"_blank\">Onespace Unlimited<\/a>, the revised plan reduces height from 12 to 11 storeys and the total residential count from 168 to 139 units.
