The remainder will be delivered through a partnership between the council, developer Lovell and Homes England.<\/p>\n<p>The masterplan includes later-living homes, a new high street, sports and community facilities, green spaces, and new transport links.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2_Druids-Heath-8.webp\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-495647\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2_Druids-Heath-8.webp\" alt=\"-\" width=\"615\" height=\"354\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Lovell was named last month as the council\u2019s preferred development partner.
