Funding will also support the Indigenous Advisory Council. The approach will prioritize Indigenous equity ownership in developing the projects needed to turn the Port of Churchill into a major four season and dual-use gateway for the region.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:95,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Alto High-Speed Rail: <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Canada\u2019s first high-speed railway, spanning approximately\u00a01,000\u00a0kilometres\u00a0from Toronto to Qu\u00e9bec City and reaching speeds of up to\u00a0300 km\/hour to cut travel times in half.
