It is also understood to be facing damages claims from developers and contractors over project delays.<\/p>\n<p>Assent Building Compliance had been a key player in supporting developers navigating the Gateway approval process for residential towers and other higher-risk buildings.<\/p>\n<p>Its sudden collapse sent shockwaves through the industry raising fears that disruption would impact the BSR\u2019s pledge to clear an estimated 60-plus project Gateway 2 backlog by early January.<\/p>\n<p>A BSR spokesperson said: \u201cWe are working to confirm the exact number, but we are currently aware of ten HRB projects still held by LB or Oculus under the pre-HRB transition model. We have asked the RBIs involved in these projects to get in touch with us directly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe appreciate the importance of continuity and intend to secure resources to limit any delays. We have also asked RBIs who were working with us on the framework to contact us directly.
