Phase one will see the construction of a police HQ building with new parking, access and landscaping.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"479\" data-end=\"817\">Work is expected to start in April 2026 with Vinci believed to be a bidder for the job.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"479\" data-end=\"817\"><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/img_1712-1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-503232\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/img_1712-1.jpg\" alt=\"-\" width=\"680\" height=\"396\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"479\" data-end=\"817\">Phase two includes the demolition of existing buildings and delivery of 40 affordable homes, while phase three will bring forward a further 185 homes under outline consent.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"479\" data-end=\"817\"><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2025-11-10-at-15.25.11.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-503230\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2025-11-10-at-15.25.11.png\" alt=\"-\" width=\"1616\" height=\"1262\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"1088\">The site, owned by the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey, replaces the force\u2019s former Reigate base, which was forced to close in 2023 after the discovery of RAAC concrete.
