The agreement brings together HSS ProService\u2019s digital marketplace technology and data-driven procurement systems with Speedy\u2019s nationwide network of equipment and operational expertise.<\/p>\n
On HSS ProService Marketplace, Speedy replaces The Hire Service Company (THSC) providing customers of all sizes with an improved service.<\/p>\n
ProService also becomes Speedy Hire\u2019s sole supplier for rehire and resale creating further opportunities for its supply chain partners.<\/p>\n
Speedy has acquired a 10% shareholding in ProService as part of the deal.<\/p>\n
Speedy will supply the majority of core hire equipment available through the platform and provide testing services to ensure site safety and compliance.<\/p>\n
HSS ProService Marketplace will also be taking over Speedy\u2019s rehire business.<\/p>\n
