Work is set to start on site in January to transform the former transform the former Arbuthnot Bank and complete in summer 2027.<\/p>\n
Conamar will create 36,000 sq ft of best-in-class, sustainably refurbished workspace including a substantial rooftop terrace.<\/p>\n
A central part of the project will be a new fa\u00e7ade, featuring curved glazing, high-performance stone and terracotta cladding, which will revitalise the building\u2019s presence on Wilson Street.<\/p>\n
Conamar is understood to have fought-off competition from RED Construction and Forcia to land the job.<\/p>\n
