It is occupied today by four detached dwellings ranging from one to two storeys. The proposal calls for a tower rising 159.7m, set atop a 5-storey podium that frames Finch Avenue West with retail and seven two-storey townhouse suites at ground level. The suite mix would include 80 studios, 396 one-bedrooms, 96 two-bedrooms, and 64 three-bedrooms. A total of 370 bicycle parking spaces would be provided, with 323 long-term and 45 short-term residential spaces supplemented by two spaces for the retail component.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Finch Station is roughly 300m east of the site, a walk of about four minutes, connecting the project to Yonge Line 1 and a major hub of TTC, YRT, and GO bus services. The corridor is served by multiple frequent-service routes along Finch and Yonge. The location will also benefit from the future <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/yonge-line-1-north-subway-extension.52165\" target=\"_blank\">Yonge Line 1 North Subway Extension<\/a>, which will add five stations north of Finch. To the east, major developments include <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/35-holmes.30841\" target=\"_blank\">35 Holmes<\/a> proposed at 17 storeys, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/50-finch-avenue-east.58824\" target=\"_blank\">50 Finch Avenue East<\/a> at 21 storeys, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/olive-residences.46462\" target=\"_blank\">Olive Residences<\/a> rising to 31 storeys, and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/5576-yonge.49130\" target=\"_blank\">5576 Yonge<\/a> planned at 35 storeys. South of the site, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/26-hounslow-avenue.45164\" target=\"_blank\">26 Hounslow<\/a> is proposed at 27 storeys.
