Networks businesses into a single Kier Infrastructure arm, creating a consolidated powerhouse spanning roads, rail, aviation, water, energy and environmental work.<\/p>\n<p>The shake-up is designed to put Kier in prime position to capture work flowing from the Government\u2019s 10-Year Infrastructure Strategy and looming asset renewal programmes, covering major project delivery alongside long-term maintenance and repair.<\/p>\n<p>The new Infrastructure division will be led by Joe Incutti, previously group managing director for Transportation.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside the divisional shake-up, Kier has confirmed a series of executive changes as it heads into 2026.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chief financial officer Tom Hinton and group managing director for construction Martin Staehr join the executive committee this month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_504526\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2026-01-05-at-15.52.08.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-504526 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2026-01-05-at-15.52.08.png\" alt=\"-\" width=\"1094\" height=\"576\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">(L-R) Louisa Finlay;
