The property is currently developed with a single-storey automotive dealer with expansive surface parking. The west building at Billingham Road would rise 14 storeys (57.1m), while the east building, at Paulart Drive, would stand at 16 storeys (63.3m). Both are designed with 4-storey podiums. The unit mix would include 53 studios, 285 one-bedroom, 149 two-bedroom, and 73 three-bedroom units, with townhouse-style units lining portions of the ground floor. The project is proposed in two phases, starting with the 16-storey tower.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Amenities would include 1,236m\u00b2 indoors, located at grade and on level 5, and 1,168m\u00b2 outdoors situated atop the base buildings. Vertical circulation would be handled by three residential elevators per tower, resulting in an overall ratio of one elevator per 87 units in the shorter building, and one per 100 units in the taller building. Frequent TTC and MiWay buses along Dundas Street West serve stops at Billingham Road. To the west, a stale project at <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/251-west-mall.48951\" target=\"_blank\">251 The West Mall<\/a> is proposed at 13 storeys, while the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/cloverdale-mall-redevelopment.29013\" target=\"_blank\">Cloverdale Mall redevelopment<\/a>, now on hold and awaiting more detailed announcements, has envisioned nine buildings with heights ranging from six to 39 storeys. Eastward toward Kipling station, projects include <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/5509-dundas-west.31926\" target=\"_blank\">5509 Dundas West<\/a> proposed at 22 storeys, the nine-tower <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/pinnacle-etobicoke.22071\" target=\"_blank\">Pinnacle Etobicoke<\/a> under construction at heights of 25 to 43 storeys, Phase 2 of that master plan (<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/aspen-pinnacle-etobicoke.43426\" target=\"_blank\">Aspen at Pinnacle Etobicoke<\/a>) proposed at 40 and 44 storeys. \u00a0Beside it, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/kip-district-phase-3.58388\" target=\"_blank\">The Kip District Phase 3<\/a> is planned at 36 and 37 storeys, and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/5359-dundas-west.52567\" target=\"_blank\">5359 Dundas Street West<\/a> is proposed at 50 storeys.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">UrbanToronto will continue to follow progress on this development, but in the meantime, you can learn more about it from our Database file, linked below.
