The package will provide at least 343 homes, all affordable, including a minimum of 131 council houses.<\/p>\n<p>Mount Anvil will take forward four further sites at Seven Islands Leisure Centre and Red Lion Boys Club in Rotherhithe, plus 1\u201336 Priter Road and Beormund School in Bermondsey. These schemes will deliver at least 786 homes, with a minimum of 50% affordable, including at least 229 council houses.<\/p>\n<p>The latest agreements add to more than 3,000 council homes already completed or under construction across Southwark.
