Plans include the creation of new internal atriums, a reimagined ground floor and basement plus the addition of a new roof terrace.<\/p>\n<p>Tishman Speyer Managing Director, Martin Simonneau said: \u201cWe\u2019re delighted to be moving ahead with our transformation of Holborn Circus.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis step reflects Tishman Speyer\u2019s and its partners\u2019 conviction in the long-term fundamentals of prime office space in London.
