Designed by\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/hariri-pontarini-architects.8001\" target=\"_blank\">Hariri Pontarini Architects<\/a> for\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/companies\/pinnacle-international.7793\" target=\"_blank\">Pinnacle International<\/a>, the first phase occupies the southwest corner of Lake Shore Boulevard East and Sherbourne Street, directly across from Sherbourne Common, and comprises three residential buildings rising 15, 44, and 54 storeys. A 43-storey <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/urbantoronto.ca\/database\/projects\/pinnacle-lakeside-phase-2.44256\" target=\"_blank\">second phase<\/a> is planned west of the site.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Looking north in December, 2025, on the right, the wedge-shaped 14-storey podium for the 53-storey tower has climbed to roughly 10 storeys, with slab formwork and perimeter safety screens set for the 11th floor, with its distinctive angled perimeter columns flaring outward as they rise. In the centre background, the 15-storey building has reached 13 floors, with white spandrel panels and glazing now installed up to the fifth level. At the front-left of the site, the 44-storey tower stands at two floors. Along the west side, formwork panels frame newly poured and forming concrete walls closer to the centre of the floor-plate. At the east end, decking has been partially installed in preparation for the next slab pour, enclosed by red perimeter safety fencing. The northwest building is close to topping off with the 15th floor nearing completion as concrete walls are largely formed, while white panelling and dark glazing are now installed up to the sixth floor along the north and west elevations. To its south, the second-tallest tower stands at three storeys, with formwork in place for the fourth floor, though progress has slowed following the completion of a large slab pour.
