The scheme will deliver 442 student beds and 150 co-living units across two towers of 29 and 18 storeys. The project is being delivered in partnership with Cain<\/span><\/span>, with RG Group<\/span><\/span> now cleared to start work on site.<\/p>\n The taller block will rise to 28 storeys to house student accommodation, alongside a separate 18-storey co-living building.
