Market engagement will be carried out jointly by CCS and ProCure.

The scope is broad, covering building and civil engineering works, infrastructure, repairs and maintenance, demolition and site preparation, professional services, and the manufacture, supply and installation of offsite and modular construction solutions.

Planned lotting structure

Lot 1 – Construction Works (General Construction)

1.1 Projects under £5m
12 UK sub-regions | 8–12 places

1.2 Projects £5m–£20m
6 UK sub-regions | 12 places

1.3 Projects £20m–£40m
6 UK sub-regions | 15 places

1.4 Projects £40m–£100m
3 UK sub-regions | 15–20 places

1.5 Projects £100m–£250m
1x UK delivery | 15 places

1.6 Projects over £250m
1x UK delivery | 15 places

Lot 2 – Civil Engineering &
