Along the south and west elevations, cladding and glazing have been installed to roughly the 13th floor. The facade is defined by a window wall system of dark gray mullions and spandrel panels, framed within a crisp white accent grid.

<imgx class="image-display_default" src="https://cdn.skyrisecities.com/sites/default/files/images/articles/2026/02/60346/60346-193692.JPG" data-entity-uuid="insert-display_default-c5e096bd-d168-4679-9873-28a356b1c9ca" data-entity-type="file" alt="Rosehill Tower, Toronto, designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects for QuadReal Property Group, bcIMC and BentallGreenOak" title="Cladding installation progress on the south and west elevations, looking northeast, image by UrbanToronto Forum contributor kai" onclick="photo('https://cdn.skyrisecities.com/sites/default/files/images/articles/2026/02/60346/60346-193692.JPG', true, 'Cladding installation progress on the south and west elevations, looking northeast, image by UrbanToronto Forum contributor kai'); return false;">Cladding installation progress on the south and west elevations, looking northeast, image by UrbanToronto Forum contributor kai

In September, 2025, the narrower south elevation showed the facade pattern extending steadily up the tower as envelope work advanced. Along the west elevation, glass balcony guards are installed up to the 14th floor, while projecting concrete balcony slabs remain supported by shoring posts on upper levels. Cement panel cladding runs continuously up the left and right edges of the south elevation, forming a durable border.

<imgx class="image-display_default" src="https://cdn.skyrisecities.com/sites/default/files/images/articles/2026/02/60346/60346-193694.jpeg" data-entity-uuid="insert-display_default-f537e11f-cec0-4b16-a351-b579e6e1aca0" data-entity-type="file" alt="Rosehill Tower, Toronto, designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects for QuadReal Property Group, bcIMC and BentallGreenOak" title="South elevation showing window wall installation and balcony work along the west and east elevations, image by UrbanToronto Forum contributor rdaner" onclick="photo('https://cdn.skyrisecities.com/sites/default/files/images/articles/2026/02/60346/60346-193694.jpeg', true, 'South elevation showing window wall installation and balcony work along the west and east elevations, image by UrbanToronto Forum contributor rdaner'); return false;">South elevation showing window wall installation and balcony work along the west and east elevations, image by UrbanToronto Forum contributor rdaner

The podium’s northeast corner, seen here in October, 2025, shows curtain wall installation advancing beneath a cantilevered, angled concrete slab that contributes to the tower’s chamfered southeast massing. Curved glazing panels are largely in place at ground level, following the rounded corner geometry, with protective coverings still masking the lower portion of the glass. Above the curtain wall head, insulation lines the spandrel zone directly beneath the slab edge. On the right, corner balconies project outward with glass guards fully installed, while a vertical column of balconies runs up the centre of the elevation.
