Construction is slated to begin this month, with completion in 2029.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span>The 365-unit development, located at the southeast corner of Park Lane and U.S. Route 75, includes studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 505 to 1,707 square feet, per the release. It does not yet have a name, and the developers cannot disclose the project\u2019s cost, a spokesperson told Multifamily Dive in an email.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span>Plans include structured parking, ground-level retail and hospitality-inspired amenities, such as:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Resort-style pool, outdoor grilling and entertainment stations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Espresso and coffee bar<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Fitness center with an infrared sauna and cold plunge<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Large co-working lounge with private offices<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Billiards room, private dining room, resident bar and lounge<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Extensive outdoor entertaining spaces<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Secure bike storage and rentable storage<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Pet wash with dryers and private pet relief areas on every other floor<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Destination dispatch elevators<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span>Located within walking distance of The Shops at Park Lane and near NorthPark Center, Whole Foods, IKEA and a variety of restaurants and cafes, the project reflects the Dallas-based firm\u2019s \u201ccommitment to delivering elevated, design-forward living in walkable, amenity-rich environments,\u201d Greg Coutant, senior vice president of development at StreetLights Residential, said in the release.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span>\u201cThe building will offer a seamless live\u2013work\u2013play experience while providing immediate access to shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences,\u201d Coutant said. \u201cIt will also advance the revitalization of the Park Lane corridor as one of Dallas\u2019 most dynamic mixed-use districts.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span>StreetLights Creative Studio is the project\u2019s architect of record and interior designer, while Dallas-headquartered Garrison\/Jones is providing landscape design, according to the spokesperson.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span>The building\u2019s H-shaped configuration will maximize natural light and views, per the release, while two ceremonial staircases connect indoor and outdoor amenity spaces and link the pool to the overlooking patio. Floors 17 through 20 feature expanded window coverage, while penthouse residences are distinguished by taller ceilings.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span>The project is the second joint venture development between StreetLights Residential and Mitsui Fudosan America, the U.S. subsidiary of Japan&#8217;s largest real estate company, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/streetlights.com\/properties\/the-oliver\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>following The Oliver<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span><span><span><span><span><span>, a 351-unit, 18-story high-rise located in the Cityplace neighborhood near Uptown Dallas.
