UrbanToronto will launch a free webinar series for 2026 beginning next week, on Wednesday, February 25 at 1:00 PM ET. Entitled Exploring the State of Construction in the Toronto Region <\/em>and sponsored by Urban Racks<\/a>, it will bring together industry leaders to examine the forces determining how the Greater Toronto Area is being built. Tied to our month-long State of Construction editorial series<\/a>, the online session will explore the construction sector’s role in shaping the region’s future. A chartered quantity surveyor with nearly three decades of experience, Marlon Bray of Clark Construction Management<\/a> has worked across a wide spectrum of sectors, from residential towers to post-secondary institutions, highways, and major transit projects. Having contributed to thousands of projects ranging from small renovations to multi-billion-dollar master plans, he brings both technical and market-focused insight, particularly on the policy, economic, labour, and tax conditions affecting housing delivery in Ontario.<\/p>\n
