The sixth generation framework, jointly re-procured by Devon County Council and Hampshire County Council, will replace the current Southern Construction Framework when it expires in 2027.<\/p>\n
Free events will be held in Exeter and Winchester, giving contractors and supply chain firms an early steer on how SCF-6 will be structured and what clients will expect.<\/p>\n
The South West session takes place on 10 March at County Hall in Exeter, with a South East event in Winchester to be confirmed.<\/p>\n
SCF-6 will cover public sector construction projects above \u00a31m and will again be split into geographic and value-based lots across the South West, South East and London.<\/p>\n
Head of SCF South West Kingsley Clarke said: \u201cFollowing the success of our London engagement event in January, we were keen to extend our outreach to regional events to provide our local suppliers with direct access to the SCF team, and ensure they fully understand our approach for SCF-6.<\/p>\n
