London\u2019s Haringey council has selected a quartet of contractors to deliver its \u00a3570m Estate Renovation Plan to drive a decade-long upgrade of 20,000 council homes.<\/p>\n
The borough has split the programme into four geographic patches in a bid to speed up delivery and tighten accountability.<\/p>\n
Equans Regeneration<\/span><\/span> will cover the west of the borough, United Infrastructure<\/span><\/span> takes central areas, Hugh LS McConnell<\/span><\/span> will handle the east (south), and Mulalley and Company<\/span><\/span> has secured the east (north) neighbourhood.<\/p>\n \n The 10-year push aims to bring every property up to Decent Homes standard by 2028 and lift overall EPC ratings across the stock.<\/p>\n Planned upgrades ramp up sharply over the next three years, with 987 homes set for works in 2026\/27, rising to 1,772 in 2027\/28 and 1,929 in 2028\/29.<\/p>\n In total, more than 14,500 homes will be improved in the first three years alone. Around 400 properties will be lifted to EPC C as part of the energy drive.<\/p>\n The scope of works spans external wall and loft insulation, new energy-efficient doors and windows, kitchen and bathroom renewals, roof replacements, fire safety enhancements and revamped communal areas.<\/p>\n \n \n
