{"id":34368,"date":"2026-02-20T02:47:27","date_gmt":"2026-02-20T10:47:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/essential.construction\/news\/quartet-wins-london-council-570m-home-estate-revamp\/"},"modified":"2026-02-20T02:47:27","modified_gmt":"2026-02-20T10:47:27","slug":"quartet-wins-london-council-570m-home-estate-revamp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/essential.construction\/news\/quartet-wins-london-council-570m-home-estate-revamp\/","title":{"rendered":"Quartet wins London council \u00a3570m home estate revamp"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>London\u2019s Haringey council has selected a quartet of contractors to deliver its \u00a3570m Estate Renovation Plan to drive a decade-long upgrade of 20,000 council homes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"284\" data-end=\"406\">The borough has split the programme into four geographic patches in a bid to speed up delivery and tighten accountability.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"408\" data-end=\"694\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Equans Regeneration<\/span><\/span> will cover the west of the borough, <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">United Infrastructure<\/span><\/span> takes central areas, <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Hugh LS McConnell<\/span><\/span> will handle the east (south), and <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Mulalley and Company<\/span><\/span> has secured the east (north) neighbourhood.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"408\" data-end=\"694\">\n<p data-start=\"696\" data-end=\"824\">The 10-year push aims to bring every property up to Decent Homes standard by 2028 and lift overall EPC ratings across the stock.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"975\">Planned upgrades ramp up sharply over the next three years, with 987 homes set for works in 2026\/27, rising to 1,772 in 2027\/28 and 1,929 in 2028\/29.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1133\">In total, more than 14,500 homes will be improved in the first three years alone.
