Forming is drawing to a close at Voya<\/a> in Mississauga City Centre, where the north tower has now topped out, and the south tower is nearing the same milestone. Designed by Turner Fleischer Architects<\/a> for Amacon<\/a>, the 38- and 44-storey high-rises form part of the developer\u2019s Parkside Village<\/a> community, west of Square One. They rise immediately beside Amacon’s completed Avia 1 and 2<\/a> towers delivered last year.\u00a0<\/p>\n In November, 2025, the north tower, in the background, has topped out at 38 storeys in this view, while the south tower has climbed to roughly 43 storeys with its uppermost residential floor-plates still exposed and perimeter protection in place. The curving balcony slab edges are legible along both towers. On the northeast elevations, installation of the white slab-edge panels and dark window-wall glazing has advanced to approximately the 24th floor on the north tower and into the 25th floor on the south tower. A completed Avia tower rises at centre.<\/p>\n One month later from a greater distance, the north tower is fully formed through its mechanical penthouse, identifiable by the heavier roof slab and enclosed rooftop volume. To the right, the south tower continues to advance, with formwork in place at approximately the 44th floor. A white concrete boom pump extends to the top level, while the external construction hoist climbs the southeast corner. Below, dark window-wall glazing is installed to roughly the 33rd floor of both towers.<\/p>\n A zoomed view highlights the fluid slab edges that distinguishes Voya\u2019s architecture, where the stepped podium transitions into the twin towers through a series of undulating floor-plates, reinforced by newly installed white-painted balcony guards wrapping the terraces to approximately the 17th floor on both towers. The uppermost podium terrace awaits balconyguard installation. Behind the balconies, dark window-wall glazing fills in the residential bays.\u00a0<\/p>\n In February, 2026, the north tower\u2019s crane is now removed and its mechanical penthouse clad in alternating panels, while the rooftop slab above remains exposed concrete. The south tower has reached its uppermost suite level, with grey tarping protecting the recently poured 44th floor as work transitions to forming its mechanical penthouse. Dark window-wall glazing now spans the full height of the north tower and rises to roughly the 37th floor on the south tower. White balcony guardrails are installed to approximately the 26th floor on the north tower and the 25th on the south, with intermittent levels still awaiting guard installation. Below, the stepped podium\u2019s rooftop terrace is clearly defined, though sections of the uppermost slab edge remain without cladding.<\/p>\n Seen at night from Zonta Meadows Park, the construction hoist remains attached along the north elevation of the north tower.
