ELIZABETHTOWN-KITLEY, ONT. \u2014 Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and the Ministry of the Solicitor General have issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for teams to deliver the Brockville Correctional Complex<\/a> (BCC) and St. Lawrence Valley Correctional and Treatment Centre (SLVCTC) Project<\/a> in the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley, Ont.<\/p>\n The BCC is a brand-new project and the SLVCTC is an expansion. Both will be located on the current SLVCTC site and provide a total of 295 beds.<\/p>\n The project is being delivered using a design-bid-build model. The architect and engineers of record are completing the design documents, IO states. This RFQ is to select a contractor to deliver the project based on these designs.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Submissions will be reviewed to shortlist teams with the required construction experience, as well as the financial capacity to deliver a project of this size and complexity.
