The Lakeshore East GO corridor has seen constant construction for a couple of years now, especially in the area where it crosses the Don River. Besides a fourth sets of tracks being added here, so are anther two sets of tracks for Ontario Line 3, and in fact they’re getting a whole new bridge just north of the existing one. The new bridge, dubbed the Lower Don Crossing by Metrolinx, is not directly parallel to the GO corridor bridge, but slightly askew from it, widening the space to the east to allow for platforms that will be begin construction for another new feature here, East Harbour station.<\/p>\n
