M3 at M City in Mississauga is closing in on closing up its crown \u2014 stepped if you catch it from any other angle than the head-on view in this startling drone shot \u2014 and is already Mississauga’s tallest building. Set into the uppermost floors of 77-storey tower is a Tuned Mass Damper \u2014 that mysterious black box in the centre \u2014 which counteracts sway that a strong wind may cause, keeping its future residents comfortable.<\/p>\n
