Tant left Wates in 2023 to set up his own consultancy.<\/p>\n
He steps-in to the fill the role left at SES\u2019s Engineering South division by Darren Wilson who has been appointed commercial director to the wider business and promoted to the board.<\/p>\n
The company said: \u201cMark brings extensive senior leadership experience having worked closely with SES through a consultancy role, his non-executive roles with SES\u2019 technology partner Buildots, and previous position as MD of Wates Construction.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe will provide continuity while SES progresses the permanent recruitment process later this year.\u201d<\/p>\n
SES has also created a new senior leadership role to support the development of strategic customer relationships nationally. Phil Walker has been promoted to National Customer Strategy Director and will lead a new Customer Strategy senior leadership team.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
