Upgrading the six-storey building will create 54,000 sq ft of office space and two new floors with the site renamed\u00a0Oriel St Bride\u2019s.<\/p>\n
Work for client Original Works will retain 90% of the existing structure and employ low carbon construction techniques.<\/p>\n
The scheme has already been recognised for its environmental ambition, having been selected for the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard Pilot Testing Programme.<\/p>\n
Construction completion is scheduled for Autumn 2027.<\/p>\n
