The project is also set to become the first major healthcare development to progress through the Building Safety Act Gateway process.<\/p>\n<p>Colin Brunton, Regional Managing Director at Dalkia, said: \u201cThis project brings together technical excellence, rigorous safety standards and a shared commitment to creating the best possible environment for children and families.
